Tsukudo-cho has two major walkways, Kamishiro-zaka on the western side and the Karukogawa Shopping District on the eastern side, with alleys connecting the two in the middle. There are four exits to the world map, located at the northern and southern points of both major walkways.

Narumi Detective Agency

Main article: Narumi Detective Agency

Located on the third floor of Ginroukaku, in the northernmost area of the Karukogawa Shopping District, the Narumi Detective Agency is the primary headquarters during Narumi and Raidou's investigations. Inside, the player can save their game, talk to Narumi, and play Mahjong.

Konnou-ya

Main article: Konnou-ya

Raidou is able to buy and sell items at Konnou-ya, which is located in the southern area of the Karukogawa Shopping District. After spending certain amounts of Yen, the Owner of Konnou-ya will give Raidou discounts. More items are added to the shop's stock as Raidou's investigation progresses.

Goumaden

Main article: Goumaden

Located in the basement of Konnou-ya, the Goumaden is hosted by Dr. Victor and is where Raidou can fuse Demons. In Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon and Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, it is also where Raidou can perform Sword Alchemy.

Dock

Directly west of the Ushigome-Gaeri Bridge is a dock where Raidou can play the Flute of Rhone to call for Big Tarrasque.

Aril Rifts

In Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, three Aril Rifts can be found in Tsukudo-cho. One is located on Kamishiro-zaka, just south of the Tamonten Shrine. The second is found in the alleyway connecting Kamishiro-zaka and the Karukogawa Shopping District, and the third is in the alley to the east of the Ushigome-Gaeri Bridge.
