Purpose
Table template used to document Main and Challenge Quest data in Shin Megami Tensei IV and Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. For quest descriptions, use Template:Quest Description.
Usage

| client |
The quest's client, which can be viewed in the quest description.

| difficulty |
The number of stars indicating the quest's difficulty, which can be viewed in the quest description. Defaults to 1 when omitted.
In Shin Megami Tensei IV, difficulty is from 1 to 8 stars. In Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, half stars are sometimes used. Use a decimal period to indicate half stars. I.e. 0.5, 2.5, etc.

| reward |
The quest's monetary and/or item reward. Do not include Experience Points as the amount given is not a hard value.

The quest's task summary.
