Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army
|
An ace reporter for the Capital Daily, Tae works to improve women's lot in life around the Capital. Her pen name, "Kichou," comes from Tae's admiration for the feminist crusader Raichou Hiratsuka. Tae works hard to prove she's twice the reporter any of the males could be; she does her own legwork, unlike the boys' club and their hired stringers. Don't let the crusade fool you, though: far from being a hard-nosed zealot, Tae could charm the stripes off a zebra.

Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon
|
She's a Capital Daily reporter in her 20's. She focuses on improving women's role in society under the pen name "Kichou," which she uses in tribute to the feminist crusader Raichou Hiratsuka. Tae's a modern gal in a conservative era, and she works hard to prove her talents to the "boy's club" that dominates the industry. Her research into folklore has had her visiting the Narumi Detective Agency pretty frequently.

Nomenclature
Tae's given name uses the character ヱ e, which was deprecated after the 1946 kana spelling reform because, while it originally represented the sound we, it had come to be pronounced the same as エ e by then. Its use in this character's name is therefore fitting for the game's setting in the Taisho period.
