Met by Moonlight: Strike like Lightning is an expansion for Persona 5: The Phantom X. It is the third chapter in the Met by Moonlight collaboration with Persona 3 Reload.

Recollections Under Moonlight
In Recollections Under Moonlight, Wonder and his party must defeat the Priestess of Desire in a boss fight. There are 30 difficulty levels, referred to as Distortion Levels. At Distortion Level 1, Priestess of Desire will be at level 26 and gain 2 levels each Distortion Level, up to level 84 at Distortion Level 30. Additionally, certain Distortion Levels apply special conditions to the battle. Upon clearing each Distortion Level, that level (and any levels below it) are unlocked in Stamina Mode, in which Wonder can challenge that stage for 60 stamina to earn Wonder EXP, Wheel of Time: Waxing Gibbous, and Konpaku Gems. In Stamina Mode, the party receives a buff that makes clearing that stage much easier.
Additionally, after completing Distortion Level 30, Highest Difficulty will be unlocked. In this mode, the Priestess of Desire will be fought three times with three parties, with a limited number of uses allowed for each character. The actions taken and boss HP reduced are recorded, and all players who attempt Highest Difficulty are given the Badge High Priestess: Blood Moon.

| 28 | All foes' Defense is increased by 20%. |
| 29 | All foes' max HP is increased by 20%. |
| 30 | All foes' Attack is increased by 20%. |
| Stamina Mode | Party's final damage is greatly increased, and their damage taken is greatly decreased. Before allies' actions, all foes' affinities change to Weak. |
Boss
- The following stats are based on Distortion Level 25.
Priestess of Desire is immune to Insta-kill effects and spiritual/Control ailments. During the battle, there is a time limit of 30 minutes; the Shadow will use Invitation to Chaos to reduce this time limit further every time it summons Writhing Tiara, which will occur at the beginning of Phase 2 and Phase 3 and after two turns during Phase 1. Four Writhing Tiara will be summoned each time, and while a Writhing Tiara is on the battlefield the Priestess of Desire cannot be targeted. Defeating a Writhing Tiara restores one minute to the timer. During Phase 1 and Phase 2, after defeating all of the Writhing Tiara, the Priestess of Desire will immediately lose all HP and enter the next phase; during Phase 3, it will instead become targetable again. Additionally, in Phases 2 and 3, the Writhing Tiara will escape after a set number of turns; six turns for Phase 2 and three turns for Phase 3. Once the Tiaras have escaped, Priestess of Desire will use Dogmatic Judgment, targeting all members of Wonder's party. Dogmatic Judgment's damage will increase depending on the total number of escaped Tiaras.
