Steve Blum is a prolific American voice actor associated with the Anime English dubbing scene. He is best known for his role as Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, and as T.O.M. in the late night Toonami animation block on Adult Swim. He is married to fellow voice actor Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, whom he worked with in Digital Devil Saga.
