Soma is a Demon in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
Origin
Soma was a winner of a contest for fan-submitted devil designs held for children at Tokyo Game Show 2001 Spring.[1] According to the game's credits, its designer was Keisuke Kamimura. Somato (走馬灯 sōmatō), literally "revolving lantern," is a type of Japanese garden lantern comprised of two layers. Similar to a kaleidoscope, the lantern's inner layer has images cut into it so that when it rotates, they appear to move.
Design
Soma is a black three-headed phantom with red eyes and mouths, whose lower body consists of four tendrils, each carrying a candle.
