The Shin Megami Tensei IV Scenario Drafts were an early concept for the story of Shin Megami Tensei IV written by Kazuma Kaneko. A small portion of these writings were officially published in Shin Megami Tensei Series 25th Anniversary Memorial Book: MegaTen Maniacs.
The drafts are split into two parts: "Rebirth (Future)" and "Ruin (Modern)". The Rebirth section comprised around two-thirds of the entirety of the drafts, and is the basis for the story of Shin Megami Tensei IV. According to MegaTen Maniacs, if the drafts were fully released as a series of paperback novels it could fill 8 volumes.[1]
