Shin Megami Tensei: Nine is a novel in the Megami Tensei franchise. It features another story of the game of the same name, Shin Megami Tensei: Nine.
Synopsis
One day, former Debacker Kagura encounters a white, lion-like beast. As she attempts to investigate the creature, she discovers that all Navi's data has vanished from her own records. To uncover the reason behind this, she infiltrates the Central Bureau of Administrative Services. There, a mysterious woman named Migiwa instructs her to go to Shinjuku, where Kagura encounters her own doppelgänger. She is accused by the Idea Angels of being a terrorist for the Ring of Gaea instead of her doppelgänger, but is saved by Baraki and Kushiro.
