Rokuro Saito is a Japanese manga artist and illustrator. They are known for their work on the manga adaptations of God Eater and God Eater 2, as well as Sky Gear and Tomonui. In the Megami Tensei franchise, they are best known for the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax manga and Persona 5: Mementos Mission. Before working on Persona manga, Saito drew Persona tribute illustrations which appeared in Persona Magazine issues #02 and #07.[1]
