"Pray" is the main theme of the Digital Devil Saga series[1][a] and plays during the opening of Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner in the Japanese and European versions. It was composed and arranged by Shoji Meguro with lyrics by Atlus and vocals by Houko Kuwashima, who also voices Sera.
Aside from the opening movie, two other versions are used in Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner. Pray -Sera's Prayer- is a version played when Sera sings to sooth Gale and has a second stanza of the beginning part,[2] while Pray -A Capella Version- plays as a field sound effect when Sera is singing in Embryon's new hideout.[3] Additionally, many tracks of both games also incorporate the melody of "Pray".
An additional instrumental version is included on Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 1 & 2 Original Sound Track: Integral (originally released as a limited bonus CD),[4] and a longer version is on Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner Soundtrack CD, though it was omitted from Integral.
