The Kirijo Ergonomics Research Institute is a location in the Persona series. It is a robotics research lab run by the Kirijo Group located on Yakushima Island.

The Ergonomics Research Institution is the location where Labrys and other Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapons were developed. Labrys's story takes place in the Institution, where she is first activated, then develops an ego and emotions. The treatment of her sister units and the threat of having her memories deleted prompts her to break out of the facility, but she cannot escape the island and willingly surrenders, being deactivated due to the damage inflicted to the facility.
At the end of P3 Side, Aigis visits the ruins of the institute with Yukari Takeba.
