Katsue Kaneda is a minor character in Megami Ibunroku Persona. She is a haughty and rich old lady who lives in a mansion close at St. Hermelin High School.

Megami Ibunroku Persona

Kaneda lives at the Kaneda Mansion in the south-western part of Mikage-cho, just north of St. Hermelin High School. If the party visits the mansion prior to heading to Mikage Hospital, she'll complain about the party's arrival and asks them to leave after Kei Nanjo's remarks about her treasures. A woman in the Sun Mall's Satomi Tadashi Pharmacy tells the party that Kaneda became rich in the span of a year.

After the events at Mikage Hospital and demons appearing in the city, if the party visits the mansion, Kaneda will complain about the lack of police protection, claiming she pays more taxes and should be protected first. Prior to returning to St. Hermelin, Eriko Kirishima will make her notice everyone pays taxes and Kaneda will kick the party out. After starting the SEBEC Route, she'll beg Nanjo to ask his father or someone else for police protection.

In Maki Sonomura's Idealized World, Kaneda lives in poverty after her ruin raiding business at the Mikage Ruins failed according to Maki. She now lives at the Kaneda Residence, east of St. Hermelin, where the Himeno Residence stands in the real world. Yuko Himeno instead lives at the Himeno Mansion where the Kaneda Mansion stands in the real world. If the party visits her before finishing the Haunted Mansion, she'll ask the party if they aren't debt collectors and kick them out. After coming back from Deva-Yuga, she'll blame the party for not resolving the crisis yet.
