A unit of elite guards who protect the Empress of Ikebukuro, Xi Wangmu. They eliminate all her enemies with their organization formation and coordinated attacks. They are ever on alert, keeping a watchful eye on the Ashura-Kai, as they expect them to try and make a play for all of Tokyo, with Ikebukuro as their foothold. |
