Game Appearances

Persona 5: The Phantom X

Miyazawa is a food critic, and managed to build up his popularity as "the Flavor Swordsman" by doing his personal show. When he gives high ratings to restaurants in his show, they would have long queues the next day. However, Miyazawa actually demands bribes from the owners of restaurants he has visited. Any restaurants that refuse to offer money would receive harshly negative reviews from him. With this, he gains control of many restaurants and have their owners operate in his way, which undermines the genuine flavor of those restaurants. Still, many people blindly believe in his reviews and avoid the restaurants he criticizes, making the restaurant owners have to follow Miyazawa's orders and words. His notorious deeds have also made him "famous" as the verified Phantom, the Malicious Reviewer.
