Kazushi is the Chariot arcana Social Link in the following games:
Kazushi's Social Link leads to Yuko Nishiwaki's Strength Social Link unlocking. Independent of Kazushi's Social Link, the protagonist also meets the Star Social Link, Mamoru Hayase, through a track team match.

The protagonist can meet up with Kazushi during track practice. Since he is a school-related Social Link, he is unavailable on the week before exams, and also unavailable when school is on vacation.
On some days off school, Kazushi will text the protagonist and ask him out. More information about these can be found under Hangouts.

The protagonist can join the track team starting on April 23rd. If the protagonist has not joined by May 28th, he will be forced to join.

Hangouts
Sometimes, Kazushi will text the protagonist and ask if he wants to hangout. The dates this can occur are: 5/4, 5/24, 6/7, 6/14, 8/5, 9/27, 10/18, 11/8, 1/16, and 1/10.
What hangout is seen depends on what rank Kazushi is. During these hangouts, there is one prompt which gives points.
