Reason: Currently, this Social Link information is only from Persona 3 Reload. If P3/P3F/P3P is different, then that info is still needed. Additionally, dialogue for some rank ups and hangouts are missing.

Akinari's Social Link has no rank up point requirements. His Social Link will always advance after each meeting.
Rank Up Events
For information about point multipliers during rank up events and other events, see the Social Link mechanics page.
After getting Maiko Oohashi's Social Link to rank 3 and Academics to rank 4, the protagonist can speak to Akinari at Naganaki Shrine and discover that he lost his pen. Speak to Koromaru back at the dorm to find the pen, then return it to Akinari to begin his Social Link. Any responses given during the protagonist's first meeting will result in rank 1.
