Overview
"Experiments in Telepathy Part 2" is available starting October 31st until November 23rd from the older twin in front of the Yomenaido Bookstore at the Central Shopping District. It also requires completing "Experiments in Telepathy" and "A Twin's Independence". The older twin tells the protagonist that she really is telepathically connected to her younger twin and asks him to check if her sister got her message through telepathy. The younger twin can be found at the riverbed in Samegawa Flood Plain. Asking her if she got her sister's message will make her upset. She will ask the protagonist to tell her sister that they aren't telepathic. Going back to talk to the older twin will make her upset that her younger sister doesn't believe in their telepathy and asks the protagonist to go back to the younger twin to see if she got another message through telepathy. Once again, going back to the younger twin she'll ask the protagonist to convince her older sister she isn't telepathic. Talking to the older twin for the final time, she'll realize she isn't telepathic and will reward him 3 Super Sonics for all his troubles.
