"Experiments in Telepathy" is available starting September 5th until November 23nd from the older twin walking in front of the Yomenaido Bookstore in the Central Shopping District. It also requires completing "Please Find My Younger Twin". The older twin will tell the protagonist that she wants to test if she can telepathically communicate with her younger sister. She asks him to ask her sister what snack she wants while she "telepathically" transmits the answer "chocolate" into her sister's head. The protagonist can find the younger twin near the river at the Samegawa Flood Plain. He asks the sister to "Name a snack" where the younger twin answers she is more thirsty than hungry and tells him her sister can't use telepathy. Reporting back to the older twin will reward the protagonist with 5 Dokudami Teas.
