This quest is available from the Hunter Association in Shinjuku after the alignment lock.[when?]
Since this is a Delivery Quest, it does not need to be accepted, and can be completed by simply turning the necessary items in to the bartender. It can also be completed more than once.
The requested item, Smartphone, can be found by examining the Shinagawa Docks Relic spot in Ooi Wharf, which can only be accessed by using Torifune's Shawl. Two are needed to complete the quest.
