Profile

Origin

Main section: Hei Long § Origin

Ark Hei Long is an evolved form of Hei Long. Its name likely refers to the Ark of the Covenant, a chest housed in the Tabernacle and later the Temple in Jerusalem. The chest is described in the Hebrew Bible as containing the tablets of the Ten Commandments, among other religious objects, and considered a symbol of God's presence by the Israelites.
