Abe is revealed to be the man reading Hallelujah's mother's journal, doing so as he waits for Hallelujah to reply to his text message. He finishes reading the memoir just as an unnamed subordinate comes by to inform Abe that the final battle between Merkabah and Lucifer is upon them. With no response from Hallelujah, Abe laughs at the prospect of opposing his son in the near future.
