Apathy Syndrome is a condition which affects people in Persona 3. Victims are referred to as The Lost.

In the event that a normal person is lured into the Dark Hour, they are likely to be attacked by a shadow resulting in the victim contracting Apathy Syndrome. The Lost are unable to move or speak. If left to their own devices, they will perish due to malnutrition or accidents.
