Toshiyuki Morikawa is a Japanese voice actor. He is known for voicing multiple characters in anime and video games such as Sephiroth in Final Fantasy VII, Griffith in the original run of Berserk, Yoshikage Kira in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable, and Hiroshi Nohara on the long-running anime Crayon Shin-chan. He also does the Japanese dub over voices for Hollywood actors such as Tom Cruise and Ewan McGregor. Morikawa has voiced multiple roles in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise with the most recent being Aogami in Shin Megami Tensei V.
