"When The Moon's Reaching Out Stars" is a song in Persona 3 which plays when in the city. It was composed and arranged by Shoji Meguro with lyrics by Reiko Tanaka, and is sung by Yumi Kawamura.
This song was included on Persona 3 Original Soundtrack. An arrangement with extended lyrics is included on Burn My Dread: Reincarnation: Persona 3. A new version arranged by Atsushi Kitajo titled "When The Moon's Reaching Out Stars -Reload-" sung by Azumi Takahashi was created for Persona 3 Reload, and is included on Persona 3 Reload Original Soundtrack.
An alternate version titled "Paulownia Mall"[a] plays when shopping.
In Persona 3 Portable, it is replaced with "A Way of Life" when playing as the female protagonist. Persona 3 Reload replaces it with "Color Your Night" during the evening, though still plays it during the afternoon.
