Welcome Hug is a Fire-attribute skill in Persona 5: The Phantom X unique to Runa Dogenzaka.
Profile
Welcome Hug inflicts Fire-attribute damage and lowers the targets defense based on the user's ailment accuracy. The defense is lowered further if the target is hit by an elemental attribute. Also has a chance to inflict Burn.

| Persona 5: The Phantom X | Deal Fire damage to all foes equal to x% of Attack. Decrease target's Defense by 15.4% of Runa's ailment accuracy for 2 turns (up to x%). Also, when the target of this effect takes Fire, Ice, Electric, or Wind skill damage, decrease Defense by x% more. The Defense decrease effects from this skill and Furrious Bark do not stack. Also, 50% chance to inflict Burn on the target, and gain Big Welcome for 2 turns. Give everyone a big hug burning with love, dealing Fire damage to all enemies. |
