Source for P5X Persona skills

Hi there, I was just wondering what your source was for Persona skills in P5X. Your recent edit to Baphomet included several skills that Baphomet can inherit but does not actually learn naturally, such as Eigaon, Mudoon, Curse Boost, and Battle Acumen. From what I can tell, Baphomet's natural skill list consists of Red-Hot, Sukukaja, Tarunda, Burn Boost III, and Agidyne. Is there any particular reason these other skills are included? If they are for example used by enemy versions of Baphomet, that would instead be in a separate stat table using Template:P5X Shadow Stats. Thanks! (And if you have a specific resource you're using for this information, I'd love to check it out!) -- Mistiryshak (talk) 01:41, 24 January 2026 (UTC)

I'm just copying down the info from the in-game stat screen. It's possible that I inherited those skills onto Baphomet and then forgot, but I doubt it. I'm on global, are you on a different server? That's the only other thing I can think ofwhich might explain the differences QuailFence (talk) 20:52, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
I'm also on global, so that's not it. I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure those weren't listed as skills used by Baphomet when I checked in-game. I haven't fused it yet so I'll verify when I log in next. -- Mistiryshak (talk) 20:56, 25 January 2026 (UTC)
Seems like if I view the Persona it only lists the skills I mentioned (Red-Hot, Sukukaja, Tarunda, Burn Boost III, and Agidyne). Eigaon, Mudoon, and Curse Boost are part of Rangda's skillset and that's one of Baphomet's components, so that is probably it. I doubled checked as well as once you've obtained a Persona, whatever skills you have set to it will show up there when you view it from fusion, instead of its innate skillset...so that's a bit of a pain. Thanks for the clarification though; that solved the mystery for me. -- Mistiryshak (talk) 01:10, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
Just to clarify (since I'm still not 100% sure where the confusion came from): When I was looking up Persona skills I went to Velvet Room->Persona Training->(click on Persona)->Details->Change skills. Where were you looking up those skills? QuailFence (talk) 01:21, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
I was looking at the skills it said Baphomet had naturally when I previewed the Persona from the Fusion menu, since I hadn't fused it yet. That preview only shows the skills that the Persona will have naturally (its main skill + its Thief Tactics) and all the skills it will learn from level-up; this can be verified by cross-referencing the previewed skill list from a Persona that is obtained through stamina stages with the final skill list before teaching it any new skills. Any Personas that I do have (at least since I started adding P5X data; some of the ones from when I first made my account around launch are leveled up) I've kept at level 1 for now so that I don't lose track of which skills are from fusion as well. That said it's a bit muddy because apparently when you preview a Persona after fusing it and upgrading it, you see your copy of the Persona - so, for example, if I try to preview some of those Personas I had leveled previously, it shows them at their current level + equipped skill list, alongside any Overclock bonuses like upgraded skills. So if you've already leveled a Persona it can be difficult to tell what it starts with. -- Mistiryshak (talk) 16:25, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
