Tracey Rooney is an American actress that performs minor roles in various TV shows. She is best known for voicing Chie Satonaka in the original release of Persona 4.
In an interaction with a fan on Instagram, Rooney said she was not allowed to return as Chie in Persona 4 Golden due to it being a non-union job.[1]
