Description

Persona 5: The Phantom X

Grant a shield to all allies equal to x% of Miyu's Defense + x + number of Seashell stacks on party x (x% of Miyu's Defense + x) for 3 turns. Also, if an ally has 4 or more Seashell stacks, increase damage by x% for each stack. The damage increase effect lasts for 3 turns or until shield is broken, and then lose 2 Seashell stacks. Cooldown Time: 12 ally actions A barrier of white waves wash over all, activating a shield that protects allies.
