"The Poisonous World" is a Challenge Quest in Shin Megami Tensei IV.
Overview
This quest is available from the Hunter Association in Blasted Shinjuku.
Since this is a Delivery Quest, it does not need to be accepted, and can be completed by simply turning the necessary items in to the bartender. It can also be completed more than once.
The requested items are Medicine and Dis-Poison, both of which are available from the Drug Store in the underground shelter. 15 of each are required to complete the quest.
