Template:Sectionstub

Purpose

Notice template used to mark page sections as stubs and add them to Category:Pages with section stubs. By adding reason= as a parameter, a reason can also be given.

For marking entire pages as stubs, use Template:Stub.

Usage

Parameter	Description
reason	Enables a reason to be given for why the section is a stub and what is needed to improve it.
type	Allows for specificity in terms of what type of section is stubbed. Automatically categorizes the page with the appropriate section stub category.

Types

The following can be entered as types when using this template.

Type	Usage
Appearance	Used for sections such as "Game Appearances," "Manga Appearances," and so forth. This is not used for character designs. For character design-related sections, use Design.
Compendium	Used for compendium sections.
Design	Used for design sections which detail the appearance and design background of the subject.
Development	Used for the development history section of games.
Gallery	Used for image galleries, likely in combination with Template:Image. Utilized when the number of images is far below what should be present.
Gameplay	Used on gameplay sections or on sections of pages in the Gameplay: namespace.
Learnset	Used on the learnset section of skills.
List	Used on lists which have incomplete sections. For lists that are almost entirely incomplete, mark the entire page as a stub with Template:Stub.
Nomenclature	Used for nomenclature sections which are either completely empty or lacking significant amounts of data.
Origin	Used for the origin section of demon, location, item pages and so forth.
Overview	Used for miscellaneous overview sections such as biographies of staff members and mechanics overviews.
Profile	Used for the broader section which contains both Design and Origin, when both sections are insufficient.
Tracklist	Used for soundtrack releases with incomplete tracklists or track data.
Synopsis	Used for plot synopsis sections and pages.
Volume	Used for incomplete volume data from physical print works such as manga.
