Takami Shimotsuna is a character in Persona 5: The Phantom X. She is an editor-in-chief of a famous gossip magazine. She is said to be an influential figure that no one in the entertainment industry dares to cross. She becomes the Phantom Thieves' fourth target in Chapter 4.
