Chronologically, ''Perfect Delivery'' takes place at an unknown time frame after episode 17 but before episode 20. <!--naoto has joined the team, but nanako hasn't been kidnapped yet, and the weather is still nice enough to have a picnic outside by the samegawa.--> The [[Investigation Team]] has a picnic near the [[Samegawa River]]. [[Yu Narukami|Yu]] and [[Nanako Dojima|Nanako]] are the only ones who bring homemade food while the rest of the group orders delivery from [[Chinese Diner Aiya]]. When [[Aika Nakamura|Aika]] makes her delivery to the Samegawa, she sees the food Yu made and is impressed. Later, Aika leaves Yu a note at home asking him to come cook at Aiya while her mother is recovering from an injury.
