Gotou: Difference between revisions

Before the start of the game, Gotou comes into contact with the [[Terminal]] systems and through its connection to the [[Expanse]] he begins to summon demons en masse in order to combat the Americans occupying [[Tokyo]] and restore the old gods to their former glory. He uses the demons to erect a barrier around Tokyo, and starts a successful coup d'état to take control of the [[JSDF]], after which he imposes a state of martial law on the city. He also orders the JSDF, along with his subordinate [[Yuriko]], to capture and detain any female that shares the name of the [[Heroine|leader]] of the [[Resistance]], as they are getting in the way of his efforts in fighting the American troops and the only information they have of her is her name. When the [[The Hero|protagonist]] finally confronts him in [[Camp Ichigaya (Shin Megami Tensei)|Camp Ichigaya]], he reveals the secret conspiracy he is trying to prevent: The Tokyo Annihilation Project. It is a plan by the [[YHVH|God of Law]] to use the Americans' nuclear weapons to eradicate japan, all with the ultimate goal of creating the [[Millenium Kingdom]], a world of peace that only the few chosen by God will be allowed to live in.
