Sophia is a character in Persona 5 Strikers.

Profile

Sophia is an AI who refers to herself as humanity's companion. Joker finds Sophia after touching a mysterious box in the garbage area of the Shibuya Jail. She has no memories and forgot how she ended up there, only remembering that the command given to her was to be humanity's companion.

Initially, Sophia fights alongside the Phantom Thieves inside the Metaverse after manifesting a Persona-like being called Pithos. When the Shibuya Jail doesn't collapse after defeating its Monarch, the Thieves realize something is still going on, and Sophia joins them as they seek out other jails throughout Japan. Since she does not quite understand humans, Sophia has a tendency to take jokes and sarcasm seriously. As she spends time with the Phantom Thieves, she begins to ask questions about human feelings and their capacity to change.

Sophia has no real body but can materialize in the Metaverse and appears on Joker's phone while he's in the real world. She has the appearance of a girl in a long sweater with red hair and heart-shaped pigtails. Her Phantom Thief Attire has a hood over her head, with her pigtails combined into one long ponytail.
