A Shouten appears in the Dark Harumi-Cho of another world, serving as a counterbalance to the demon Orochi who resides there. Before Raidou can pass to battle Orochi, Shouten asks him to prove his strength by defeating his associates, gathering eight Purity Charms as proof in doing so.
