Shizuo is a character from Durarara!! featured in Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker. Shizuo was available for download over SpotPass for three periods in 2015; between February 5 to February 11, March 6 to March 8, and March 28 to March 29. Although Shizuo was never released outside of Japan, all his data including name, race, skills, and compendium entry were translated and can be found in the code of international copies of the game.

Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker

With nicknames such as "Human Bomb" and "Fighting Machine", he is renowned as the most terrible man in Ikebukuro. He comes from the Tokyo of an alternate universe. He appears to be a slender young man in sunglasses, and always wears a bartender's outfit. He is quick to anger, and in a fight he explodes with incredible strength, effortlessly hurling heavy objects and shrugging off knife attacks. Possessing godlike might despite having the characters "peace" and "quiet" in his name, he is also known as "the man in Ikebukuro who fails the most to live up to his name."
