Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker

An information broker based out of Shinjuku. He comes from the Tokyo of an alternate universe. A black-haired, handsome young man with a lively demeanor. His eyes seem to reflect both all-embracing kindness as well as scorn for all but himself. His mask-like smile is known to unnerve people. He claims to love humanity and enjoys manipulating people in order to see their expressions. Though there are some who would criticize him as incredibly cowardly, he also has zealous followers.
