Seiran Saikawa is a Taoist scholar who is knowledgeable of Feng Shui and the Dragon Stream. As a member of the Liberators, she is tasked with watching the entrance to the Aura Gate. Seiran is a Japanese woman,[1] however she is a big fan of Chinese culture and tends to wish she herself were Chinese.[2]

Member of the Liberators. Seiran Saikawa is tasked with keeping watch over the entrance to the Aura Gate. She is a Taoist scholar, knowledgeable in the ways of Feng Shui and the Dragon Stream. Seiran is a notoriously big fan of all things Chinese and tends to wear as Cheongsam. She is also a fan of Kung Fu movies (although she is more Team Sammo than Team Jackie).
