At Christmas Eve, the protagonist go to a new 35 floors building in Shinjuku with his girlfriend to do some shopping. He wonders why he went there, that he finds it annoying but despite the self-deprecating thoughts, he always finds a way to get irritated, and then, he hears a sound, it was coming from his phone, the message said he received the D.I.O System and abruptly the waitress he was waiting for appears, but then he hears a flash, it was missiles, but the waitress says they were ICBMs, the protagonist can't believe it and wonders what the Americans at Yokohama are doing, so after the ICBMs land he wakes up, there was silence, and then, between all the rubble and debris he found someone, it was a woman with a ring, it was his girlfriend. Her death was clear to see to anyone on the scene since a fallen beam had pierced her back and through the wreckage tons of blood spilled, but once she was dead, the protagonist felt nothing, it's not that he didn't love her, but he didn't feel anything at all and wondering what was wrong with him.
After all this he wakes up at room with a man, he tells him his current situation and then proceeds to ask about his girlfriend, then he remembers she dies and as he passes out he sees the demon Lilith on his sleep, and she tells him very seductively to escape from the building, as it is a demon's nest but he at first refuses to leave, saying he has no reason to leave, Lilith asks him if he has to be somewhere, but the protagonist says he has lost everything, that only emptiness remained, but then she says that not everything is over, the protagonist reacts to this and asks if it's because of his girlfriend, and as she giggles, Lilith tells the protagonist about the Demon Summoning Program he received and that so long as he uses it, he may be able to use demons as allies and escape from the building, so after this the protagonist asks Lilith who is her, she only laughs at this and then leaves saying that he'll understand eventually.
After waking up, the protagonist decides to escape from the building and find out the truth about Lilith and see what she knows about all the situation.
Once he reaches the 31th floor, the protagonist encounters Lilith, who tells him about the Furiaes guarding the place, and that also more demons are guarding floors throughout all the building.
Once the protagonist defeats the Furiaes they say that there are more powerful demons ahead.
