Persona 5: The Phantom X Original Soundtrack is the title given to multiple soundtrack albums for the 2024 game Persona 5: The Phantom X. The original music was produced primarily by BlackWings Audio Station, Black Wings Studio's original music team, with additional compositions and supervision from the Atlus Sound Team.

The cover for the first album OST 1 is based on the cover for the Persona 5 Original Soundtrack. While OST 2, 3, and 4 are promotional artwork from Ver 2.0, Ver 4.0, and Ver 5.0 respectively.
Release
Persona 5: The Phantom X - OST1, the first of the soundtrack albums for Persona 5: The Phantom X, was announced on April 10, 2024 and released two days later on April 12, alongside the game's open beta launch, with 21 tracks.[1] Persona 5: The Phantom X - OST2 was announced on July 23, 2024, and released three days later on July 26, roughly a week after the game's Version 2.0 was released, with 14 tracks.[2] Persona 5: The Phantom X - OST3 was released on April 10, 2025, the same day as the game's Version 4.0, with 14 tracks.[3]
All albums were published by BlackWings Audio on various digital streaming services in mainland China, including NetEase Cloud Music and QQ Music. To celebrate the releases of each album, players were able to recieve special items by entering certain promo codes in-game. The codes "P5XOST1" and "P5XOST2 "were able to be redeemed until December 31, 2024,[4][5] the code "P5XOST3" was able to be redeemed until December 31, 2025[3], and the code "P5XOST4" is active until December 31, 2026[6].
Outside of China, the full version of the game's first opening song, "Ambitions and Visions," was uploaded as a single to streaming services such as Spotify and YouTube Music on April 12th, 2024 under the title "Ambitions and Visions ("Persona5: The Phantom X" Soundtrack)." The second opening song, "Show Stealer," was published to the same streaming services on March 30th, 2025 and was titled "Show Stealer ("Persona 5: The Phantom X" OP2 Soundtrack)"; both singles were distributed by NexTone under the Atlus Game Music label. Additionally, OST1 and OST2 can be streamed worldwide from the soundtrack's official Chinese website.
