Mohiro Kitoh is a Japanese manga artist and the designer for the Septentrione and Triangulum in Devil Survivor 2 and Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker. He is most well known for being the author and illustrator of Shadow Star and Bokurano: Ours. He was the designer for the Third Angel in Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance.[2]
