Nozomi can be found near the fountain in Paulownia Mall. Even though he is a school-related Social Link, he will be available on holidays when the protagonist's other school friends are otherwise unavailable.

The protagonist first hears about Nozomi when Kenji Tomochika's Social Link is rank 3. Afterwards, Nozomi can be found in the mall. By taking his quiz and giving him an Odd Morsel from the Tartarus, Nozomi will start talking to the protagonist. Any responses given during the protagonist's first meeting will result in rank 1.
