Galahad is a hero originating from French-language romances in the Matter of Britain narrative cycle. The illegitimate son of Lancelot du Lac, Galahad becomes a knight at Camelot and successfully finds the Holy Grail, a feat which was ascribed to Percival in earlier stories.
