Persona 5: The Phantom X	Deal Fire damage to 1 foe equal to x% of Attack. Decrease target's Defense by x% + 31.4% of Runa's ailment accuracy (up to x%) for 2 turns. The Defense decrease effects from this skill and Welcome Hug do not stack. Also, gain Furrocious Follow-Up for 2 turns. Unleash a mighty woof that shakes the skies, dealing Fire damage to a single enemy.
