Dynast Sword is a recurring piece of equipment in the Megami Tensei franchise.
Profile
The Dynast Sword is a weapon whose owner is said to be worthy to claim the title of hegemon. While no further details about the weapon are known, some believe it to have been in the possession of the 16th century daimyō Oda Nobunaga, who is known as the first great unifier of Japan and the "Demon King of the Sixth Heaven". However, the Dynast Sword's very distinct and ominous appearance implies that it couldn't have been owned by a daimyō of that era.[1]
