Demon Buster is a gameplay mode in Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation Dx2. The player fights demons to gain items

Brands of Sin

In this mode the player chooses between the sins Sloth, Deceit, Vanity and Avarice. Each sin has increasingly stronger demons of that type. Upon winning you obtain Brands that can be used to increase a demon's stats

Strange Signal

In this mode the player picks between signals representing the classic Alignments Law, Neutral and Chaos, as well as Light and Dark all of which are in and out of availability. Winning nets Aether which can be used to awaken locked demon skills in Pandemonium. Completing strange signals has a chance of discovering Wanted quests

Eclipse

In this mode you can only use a specific race of demons. The player is rewarded with macca and summon files. Progress and the chosen race are reset with time

Wanted

Wanted quests are unlocked randomly from completing strange signals
