Celty is a character from Durarara!! featured in Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker. Celty was available for download over SpotPass for three periods in 2015; between February 12th to February 18th, March 9th to March 11th, and March 30th to March 31st. Although Celty was never released outside of Japan, all her data including name, race, skills, and compendium entry were translated and can be found in the code of international copies of the game.

Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker

A black-helmeted rider from the Tokyo of another world. A dullahan faerie from Ireland, Celty traveled to Tokyo in search of her head. Her original appearance was that of a headless knight, but to infiltrate Japan she changed into a riding suit and helmet. Her motorcycle is also a disguised headless Coiste-bodhar. In a fight, she can transform the shadows on her body into a scythe. Racing around Ikebukuro on her jet black bike, she's become somewhat of an urban legend both feared and admired.
