Burning Moon's Cry is a Fire-attribute skill in Persona 5: The Phantom X unique to Kotone Shiomi.
Profile
Burning Moon's Cry deals Fire damage to all foes, with increased damage being dealt based on the number of foes below 5. When the ally affected by Kotone's Arcana Link has three stacks of Powerful Bond, this skill applies the Burning Moon's Cry debuff, increasing the damage taken by affected foes. Additionally, when Kotone is in the Fortune state, this skill will deal increased damage, the duration of the Burning Moon's Cry debuff will be extended, and enemies who take damage from it will have their Down Points reduced.

| Persona 5: The Phantom X | Deal Fire damage to all foes equal to x% of Attack (3 hits). If the enemy count is reduced below 5, increase damage by 25% per reduced foe. If the ally in the Arcana Link state has 3 Powerful Bonds, based on Kotone Shiomi's Attack (up to x), increase all foes' damage taken by up to x% for 1 turn. When in the Fortune state, increase this skill's damage by x% more and extend duration by 2 turns. Also, decrease Down Points of all targets that take damage by x regardless of affinities. Pluck the strings of the lyre to unleash the flames of the soul, dealing Fire damage to all enemies. |
