Katsuragi is a character in Persona 4: The Magician.
Profile
Katsuragi is one of Yosuke Hanamura's classmates from the larger city he lived in before. The two keep in touch through texts even after Yosuke moves to Inaba. His first name is unknown.
Though he is an original character created for Persona 4: The Magician, his design was created based on interviews and data from the game developers.[1]
