Reach Out to the Truth is the battle background music for normal encounters with Shadows. The song starts off with vocals. In the First Battle version used for the tutorial fight, the vocals are delayed and it instead starts off with the guitar.
Reach Out to the Truth is used as the battle theme for normal encounters when the player has the advantage. When they do not, Time to Make History plays instead.
A remixed version of Reach Out to the Truth with shorter lyrics is used as Yu Narukami's stage music.
